Ongoing Maintenance

Saxon Lifts Ltd is committed to providing the highest levels of ongoing maintenance and customer support. Every Saxon lift, where required, is installed and commissioned by our trained engineers.

Our installation and service operation is fully supported by a comprehensive spare parts and service backup. In addition, maintenance contracts are carefully tailored to meet the specific operational requirements of each installation.

A typical maintenance contract would include a minimum of two service visits per year to ensure that the installation complies with local safety and insurance requirements.

In addition, our experienced technician would make sure that all moving parts would be professionally lubricated, all fittings checked for tightness and a thorough lift function test made to ensure the equipment operates safety and reliably.
